Build bridges!

Am very surprise that my Monash mate ask me out to meet up. I actually dun know her that well, from what I can recall is that I knew her in my 1st sem . Unbelievable I met another Monash mate in the mall too and she recognized me at first! I was shocked cause she lost weight and sort of dress up that why I hold back.

I start to realise the importance of networking! oh dear, I think I lost all my networks after my first year. After my first year, I think i burn down bridges rather than building bridges. Oh dear, I've gotta start building bridges again!!!

Finally had my very first bowl of curry laksa since I came back. I doesn't taste as good as I first try it, but still a satisfying one! yum~

Day out

Made an appointment with my agent to collect my tax refund cheque at 12pm. Guess what? I woke up at 12pm!!! I'm so freaking out, went to take the bus and for some reason the bus just left so I decide to go by KTM. Then I transit to LRT and finally I reached KLCC!

Met up with my agent and had a small talk. Had the thoughts of returning to States, and she was showing us the job available. When I flipped till one of the page, felt that place so familiar, so was looking at it for quite some time and i shouted out :"omg, I know this place, it appear in 2012!!!"

haha...and the place is YellowStone National Park. This is so cool. Some how at that time I wonder how would it be if I work there. Can't believe when I ask my mum if I could join the program and work there and she granted me my wish! Oh my~ :D

Anyways, I waited long enough for my tax refund, it's been two years~ two years!

Haven't got any part time job yet so far, but I got a sms asking me to go for interview tomorrow. In the sms it reminds me to put on make up cause they wanna see how would I look like with make up. Seems like I'm going to sell my look! Just hope that I dun scare them when they see me! LoL

Suppose to meet up my friend in Times Square. The distance between KLCC and Times Square is actually kinda near. It's only 2 stops of LRT and 3 stops of Monorail to get to TS from KLCC. Crazy me took quite some time to reach there. Wanna know the reason why? BECAUSE I WENT THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION and went to titiwangsa. I never realise till I reached the LAST STATION! I dunno why I have such low common sense at that time!

But think it in another way, I spend Rm1.60 for a KL City Tour, ain't this exciting? LoL

Was very surprise to bump into Wei Soon and one of my high school friend KN at TS. What a coincidence.

Well it's good to have a friend working in Starbucks, cause with the employee card we get 30% off! Awesome ;p That's the reason that keeps us returing to Starbucks!

Wanted to go Papa John at the first place, but one of my friend tried it and the pizza is ordinary, so we came to a decision to eat at Yuen!

When we first went in wanted to get a table, one of the workers assign us a number and told us our table is at 2nd floor. So we thought we went to 2nd floor and the worker told us, "Sorry this is first floor, downstairs is ground floor, so please go another level up." Can't believe their business is so good. Our total bill came to Rm70.55 for 3 person. I though it would be cheaper...but seems to be kinda expensive to. But if you are looking for some where which can chit chat for long hours and still stuff yourselves with food, this can be a good place! ;p

After our meal, my dear friend suddently recall of this taiwanese dessert shop and wanting to go there so much, and so we went.

This is my 3rd visit to snowflake. Remember my first time her the shop just open, there's weren't much business and no one seems to like here. That time the shop is soooooooo quite. Me and my friends were complaining about the price is to costly but who knows this time when i return their business turn so well that I even have to wait to get a table!

Well, I would say Snowflake is very innovative and creative to have the 'Beeping UFO'. So basically after you place your order at the cashier, you will be given this 'Beeping UFO'. When your order is ready, the 'Beeping UFO' will flash and start to beep! And it's time to get your dessert! How cool is that! XD

We ordered the bestseller of the Snowflake. Honestly, the bestseller is seriously the best in the shop! I've tried the other dessert which you can choose which ingredient to add in, that one the ice is kinda like sugar syrup with ice. So if you do happen to drop by Snowflake, no doubt but to order their bestseller! ;)

After we are done with this Taiwanese dessert, we had this wild thoughts of hanging around in AsiaCafe! Therefore we look for a place and settle down. But my tummy seriously might burst anytime so i didn't even bother to order any drinks. Jack suggested to get some Takoyaki, since it's SNACK and it's not that heavy. The best part is, it's on him! LoL

Was suppose to have dinner in Tenji, but due to bad timing, bad weather, and bad traffic, we ended up having supper there. Supper starts on 9.30pm onwards.

I started with my favorite salmon for the very first round. Unexpectedly, I decided to go more adventurous to try 'fresh oyster'. The oyster didnt taste that bad BUT it's extremely yucky cause it's slimy, sticky and watery just like mucus! The eating part was still okay, but watching others eating just simply makes me feel like vomiting everything I ate! Well, if you wanna know how disgusting does the oyster taste, you probably can tell from his expression! LoL

I was kinda happy when I saw there was Ice blended and decided to try. This one in pink is lemon and the one in yellow is honey& lemon. I really have no idea why the lemon is pink in color, could it be pink lemon?? Anyways, it taste excatly just the those essential oil in spa! >,< style="text-align: justify;">

After all those main course I think we should have some dessert and I began to get the cakes, tarts, tiraimisu and mochi. They really have lots of fancy cakes, still it looks better than it taste. So after each try of the cakes I just left them all and wanted to hunt for other stuff. PoorJeffery felt that we shouldn't waste food, so he alone sapukan all the cakes. How many did I took? I think 5 or 6 cheesecake? Good for him finished all the cakes! hhahahaa

Told my mum that I'll be having buffet with my friends for dinner. She call me while i was in line and I told her I'm still having buffet and she straight away scream that :"Are you Pig or what? having buffet since 6pm till 11pm???????" LoL. I shouldn't have told her ealier, she really thinks I'm a food mania~ lalalalalalala ;p

Visited my beloved mamak William. Am surprise to see that they actually written their menu on the black board. Felt very disappointed cause the quality of food dropped dramatically, it doesn't taste as good as before AND the price INCREASED!!!I used to order 'Anti-Pesto' which is RM15, and now it's RM50!!! Siao~

I heard about Fullhouse long ago and finally got the opportunity to drop by there. The interior and atmosphere is kinda nice. The only bad about there is the location. I don't really understand why all the shops lots in Niu Zhe Xui is all closed except for Fullhouse...it looks kinda spooky. Anyways, they gonna open a branch in Pyramid. Looking forward to that!

I was trying to sent out my resume asap, as usual, EY replied me "we regret to inform you that...bla bla bla" I was expecting PWC will reply the same thing to, so my backup plan is to get a JOB when I'm back in KL. Surprisingly, they reply me with the title "Greetings from pwc M'sia" I was like so amazed. But guess what, it's actually I'm too lazy, i sent my resume directly and they reply me to do the online application...swt...

The online application isn't as simply as i thought. Too many information to be filled in, and I think I'm having memory loss...and now I'm having information shortage to fill in...I need recovery to backup me~

Well...unsually, I online tonight, I haven't been online for like years, just because my poor lappy having cooling problem that it shuts itself down so often. Jaime came to chat with me, telling me that he is coming to Indonesia and Malaysia next year hopefully if he gets his visa. What a shame that he is learning Indon, and trying to converse with me in bahasa. I'm like, hello, i dunno bahasa that well and he said: I though you are native? or at least you are staying there.........aweeee...shame on me! >,< I gotta improve on my bahasaaaaaaaa

I'm coming back to miri tomorrow. Well there are times that I wanted to go back miri, but then for sure when I'm back there I'll be missing here again.... awe~

My daddy and mummy are coming to miri with me, I dunno why it just seems to be kinda weird, but i think it's gonna be nice :)

Had lunch with Jack at Sakae just now, and I made him buy me lunch, oh evil me! hehe. After I've tried Zanmai, I really don't like Sakae anymore. Sorry to say, Sakae, u're out!

Facebook is very effective communication channel. Recently, i've just added my auntie and my cousins. It seems that she's kinda adicted to FB, cause when my auntie ask my email, my cousin warn me that my auntie is going to sent tons of application. LOL. My mum dun even know what is FB.

Also, I got to know through FB that a girl i knew when i was in english camp had just delivered a baby, and she's one year younger than me! Am imaginig a baby in my tummy, some how this seems to be kinda scary. Oh...young mummy, I'm too young to carry a baby.

Relating to this, i companied my mum to see marternal doctor. When we stepped in the clinic, everyone seems to be looking at me, i think it's more like she company me rather than i company her see doctor.

Doctor seems very chatty that day, he keep telling me that a guy fight his life for the world, and a woman just need to capture his heart to own the world, and repeated many times to take his advice. Weird isn't it? The doctor's wife was very chatty that day too! First she ask me if i wanna take a jab to prevent for dunno which female illness cancer. Then my mum and her started taking about sex, because sex is the cause for having all this related cancer. The doctor's wife then says that there are many teenagers give birth in their clinic, cause they are too young, so they have to register their baby under the teenager's parent name. Most of them are smart in studies, very diligence and some are christian. how sad to hear about this. What's wrong with our society?

I saw robert post this in FB "Cos nobody knows what's coming...so why not take a chance on loving?" Well Huey's man told me this theory before too...

Oh, I'm coming back miri tomorrow! Kinda exicited to hear that KN is having his internship in sibu. I know that sibu isn't that near too, but i do hope he can come and visit me! Cause i heard he has relatives here, boleh beri lots of makanan. So nice man ;) KN faster come visit me please!

Baby I still believe

Just because Jacq's friend called her during her lecture, singing baby i still believe to her while her lecturer was walking towards her. She was so annoyed that she ask us all to Sing K. The Singing K session was pretty good, and Jacq also called back her friend to revenge by singing that person a song. LOL

It came across my mind that I should go and cut or trim my hair before leaving for miri. If not my hair will certainly becomes my cap in a way. So we headed to pyramid. It cost Rm15 for a stylist to cut your hair, and a professional will cost Rm 43, it's kinda struggle, but in the end i decided to let the professional to cut my hair. I only intend to trim but since it's so expensive so my as well cut more la, more tai ma. I realise that after i cut my hair i actually look younger! I dun wanna look so young ar...Izzit a good thing or a bad thing?

What a few days

I haven't updated my blog since I came back to jb/kl

My endless complain never stops even when I come back, and I still have so many things to complain. I wish my house do have internet so i need not visit McD so often. There are times where I have my supper, then breakfast and lunch in McD. BUT i'm not a McD addict! >,<

Well, i still wanna admit that JB is also a boring place to be, hmm...how to say ler...BORING LAR!
Just to share my experience, i was force by my mum to see a dentist for scaling, she was so busy that she ask me to walk over since the shop lot is just opposite. On my way, there came this guy on a bike stop by me request me to lend him my phone cause his car broke down and his hand phone battery flat already. This is super duper ridiculous lor, how can you be on a bike when your car broke down, you think your bike is folderable to keep in your boot mer? Siao

Anyways, crazy me is very suspicious, but a split of mind, i did lend him my phone. I really siao d! LOL. While he was on the phone, he ask me to company him to his car, this request really too over liao lor, so i took back my phone and left. BUT he came back to me asking me to lend him my phone again to ask for address. This guy is really crazy, you are in a carpark, what address do you wanna ask??? and so i left. So gratful that he did not ATTACK me.

Then my mum came to pick me for lunch. We were having porriage in this shop. Suddently this random uncle came out from no where, standing beside my mum started grumbling. He grumbles about his illness saying he got stroke whole body sengek one side, no money pay medical bill and so and so for around 10 mins! This is so crazy man, i ignore him but my mum lost her appetite. We did not donate him any money still. Uncle please stop grumbling and go get a decent job ok......

So i had bad experience in JB

Something i find it interesting when i went back for family gathering. My aunt said she received a letter from General Hospital (GH), so she though it might be asking her to pay the medical of my Ah mah. For your information, my Ah mah passed away around easter. Amazingly, instead of paying money, GH actually ask my aunt there to refund the deposit, cause GH wasn't able to successfuly keep my Ah mah alive. Amazing rite?


Happily I came back to Subang, had lunch with Huey at Sushi Zanmai. I lurve sushi and sashimi! So sad that i do not have a camera, it makes life much more boring...I really wanna curse the person that stolen my camera! karma will hit you one day!

Financial crisis is hitting me yet both of us went shopping happily. I really gotta tighten my belt when i'm back in Miri!!!

As usual i'm alone boring in my room doing nothing, and Jacq ajak me out since she's boring too.
I told her i wana stay home then she told me i have plently time to stay home when i'm back to Miri. Make sense! LOL. And then Kenny ajak her out. Cause it' kenny's birthday. Happy Birthday to kenny! I highly recommended Sushi Zanmai and therefore we went there for dinner.

After dinner i really wanna hang out around there but not speding much money. Since there is not FREE place to hang around, finally we settle ourselves in Republic to have a drink. It's quite costly to me after i saw the menu, but bo pian lar. I ordered Mandarine Mojito, thinking that it will be some nice drink. Cause Mojito was introduce to me by my housemate when i was in states, and it taste really good. Who know this Mandarine Mojito turns out to be some bitter drink with a slice of orange and lots of mint leaves which i don't really enjoy. I drank it holding my breath so i don't taste its bitterness. Kesian me pay to toture myself.

Because we are too boring, so we decide to finish our drink before twelve, not because we are cinderella, this is to avoid paying extra charges for taxi. Too bad we informed Winnie too late, she couldn't join us.

It so boring till me looking at Jacq and she looking back at me. Guess what she told me? She ask me too have a few look at her if not I won't be seeing her so soon. How sad...

Then we went back home seperately.

Semangat me then cari Winnie go mamak yum cha. Then dunno why it started raining and the wind is super strong... Cold~

And we chit chat and chit chat and chit chat. Then we decided to go home, cause we're going to sing K tommorow morning! Hope that either one of us will wake up to give morning call so we are able to arrive on time.

After meeting up with them, it feels really good when you have some one to talk to and to share your thoughts. Relieve~ but i still feel very restless with my life...

Anyways, i'm going Sing K tmr, gonna shout it out!!!

After having some unknown gastric like pain in my tummy, my aunty came to visit me monthly as usual. What a shame that pain is with me all the time. I really need some peace! Okay, so i'm used to having all this pain and cramps, and guess what i have now? SWOLLEN EYES?! ?!!

My swollen eye is not that frog poping type of swollen so please stop imagining anything related to frog! It's not itchy, but a little bit painful if you press on it. I didn't realise it initially. I notice it cause it looks kinda pinkish to me, that's weird cause i didn't apply any stuff. And it started to spread in little 5cent big round around the eye area.

I have no choice but to see the doctor. This is so crazy, exam is 1 days away and i'm in such condition...why why why? why now? Can i deffer later? >,<

It's a tough decision for me to decide where to see doctor, cause i have bad experience with Huey at Columbia Asia, so i decide to go MCMC instead. I was hoping that it wouldn't be the same doctor Huey saw the other day. He's just over enthusiatic, on Huey previous visit, he tells how much he loves physics and he doesn't like accounts, and he loves to tell that He's from KAJANG. I wasn't expecting him due to the shift. BUT it's still him there. He recognised me at first sight and ask me 'have you been here? so you are the accounts student?'

Scare me, cause i thought he's gonna tell his story again, luckily he didn't. phew...

So my swollen eye is still a mystery, the doctor assumps that i'm allergy to the pain killer which i consumed. Well, i'm not really satisfied with this assumption, cause i've been taking this pain killer over a year and doesn't shows any allergy symtops. Wouldn't it be a little too late to show allergy symptoms after a year?

In the end he prescript me with allergy pills. He did offer injection, but i didn't want it cause it's drowsy and I still wanna STUDY! *so rajin* LOL

But the doctor didn't gurantee i'll get well cause it's only his assumption. So he ask to to get back to him if i get worse. wth?

So let's pray i'll get well BEFORE exam.

Surprisingly to total bill came up to RM35 which i think is more than reasonable.

Well you know seeing a doctor around 11something at nite..it's really reasonable BUT it came with it's price which there's no GURANTEE i'll get well.

So i'm prepared to GET BACK TO HIM if i get any WORSE!

my first paper

Sigh~ my 1st paper is pretty sucky. I know i know it's all about theory and i'm allow to bring CHEAT SHEET. After all, my cheat sheet is not useful at all. When i flip over the paper i'm like wth? Questions are not any even similiar to the sample exam given. Also, it's like no revision, the revision is like reading through the lecture notes all over again! The exam question requires understanding and explaining and analyse...i'm a dead meat! This is freaking me out!!!

Well, i lost my liquid paper when i was looking for my seat number. I know it's FINAL but can anyone there have some courtesy? My liquid paper just fell and it's GONE. Couldn't find it anywhere.

One thing i couldn't understand is why the water pipes here keep bursting? Sukahati then burst. I dunno how many times have the pipe burst, but that doesn't matter cause they usually fixed it on that day. So say like if it burst in the morning or afternoon, it will be fixed by evening. Exceptionally today the pipe burst in the morning, so we had no water supply since morning, i brushed my teeth and washed my face with the ridiculous drops of water! Thank God that Huey offered me to shower at Olly's place, if not i think i won't be showering today...

So after my exam i came back around 9 o'clock and there's still no water!!! It wouldn't be that bad for not showering a day but we are not able to flush the toilet bowl, can you imagine that?!?!

Please, please fixed the pipe by tomorrow~ >,<"

Finals!

Awe~ my first paper is tomorro's evening. I dun really like having exam in the evening, i just dun understand why it is arranged like this? You see you worry worry almost the whole day worring about whether to revise again, worry whether to eat or not to eat or how much to eat. If you eat too much then you afraid you might be sleepy or if you dun eat then what if your tummy grumbles in the middle of the exam? How embarassing can that be? Well, someone did fart in my acc260 final, but since it's a busy paper, who cares if someone really fart? LOL

Thank God that we are allow to bring a piece of cheat sheet! That's why i'm not that panic. I dun remember the exact days i work on my cheat sheet, but i really do put in effort to squeeze as much points as posible!
